Applicants

We offer 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments and townhomes. Visit our floorplans page to explore our updated availability and find the perfect layout for you.

To secure your new home, simply submit an online application. Once completed, we’ll conduct background, credit, and income screenings. If you meet our requirements, you’ll receive approval within 72 hours.

The application fee is $50 per applicant and is nonrefundable, this covers the cost for the above screenings. There is also a $100 Holding Deposit that allows you to reserve your future home off the market. If approved through screening, the $100 is applied to your move-in balance (if denied, it is refundable).

Our lease terms range from 2 to 18 months. Choose the lease duration that best suits your needs.

Arrive Bellevue does accept guarantors. Guarantors are required to complete an application, undergo a thorough screening process, and meet the same qualification criteria as our residents

The security deposit is determined during the screening process and starts at a one-time fee of $99, up to the equivalent of one month’s rent. Our leasing professionals will guide you through the available options and requirements to ensure a smooth process.

After your lease term ends, the security deposit is refundable, provided there is no damage to the apartment beyond normal wear and tear. For more details, please refer to your lease agreement or contact our leasing team.

Yes, all residents are required to have renters’ insurance with at least $100,000 in liability coverage. We recommend selecting a plan that best fits your needs to ensure proper coverage.

Alternatively, we offer a Liability Insurance program for $10.95/month, which satisfies the liability requirement. However, please note this option does not cover personal belongings

Arrive Bellevue is in the heart of the Bellevue neighborhood in West Nashville, offering the perfect blend of suburban tranquility and city convenience.Known for its scenic rolling hills, parks, and diverse dining and shopping options, Bellevue offers a peaceful living environment just minutes from downtown Nashville’s vibrant culture.

Arrive Bellevue is zoned for Metro Nashville Public schools.

Arrive Bellevue is approximately 7 miles from Nashville State Community College, 9 miles from Vanderbilt University, and 10 miles from Tennessee State University, offering convenient access to these major educational institutions.

Arrive Bellevue is conveniently located near three shopping centers, all within 0.2 miles. Just a 4-minute walk from Bellevue Valley Plaza, Bellevue Plaza, and Belle Forest Shopping Center, residents have easy access to grocery stores like Aldi and Kroger, as well as popular retailers such as T.J. Maxx.

Arrive Bellevue is approximately 17 miles from Nashville International Airport.

Log in to your Resident Portal to file a maintenance request. On the left-hand side, there is a button labeled ‘submit a work order’. From there, you can submit all the details to your work order including urgency and when the team can visit.

We accept both online and offline forms of payment. When paying online, login to your Resident Portal and add a method of payment. We accept credit, debit, and ACH. Paying online allows for convenient and quick payments. For those who would like to pay offline, we accept checks and money orders.

Please call (615) 434 – 8061 to reach our leasing center at Arrive Bellevue. When connected, you will have the option to be routed to our after-hours maintenance emergency hotline.

We are a smoke-free. Smoking within 25 feet of any of our buildings is prohibited.

At Arrive Bellevue, we are proud to be a pet-friendly community where both cats and dogs are welcome. Our residents enjoy convenient pet stations and a gated dog park, providing the perfect environment for your furry friends.

We allow up to two pets per home with a monthly pet fee of $35 per pet. Please note that we have breed restrictions, which include Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler, Presa Canario, Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Wolf-Hybrid, Mastiff, Chow Chow, and German Shepherd.

Arrive Bellevue offers convenient valet trash service, available Sunday through Friday. Please place your trash outside your front door after 7:00 PM for pickup.

Parking is free for residents. Please register your vehicle with the office and ensure your parking pass is visible on your dashboard. Resident parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Guest parking is free and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
